Refund policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase, returns must be authorised by Bear Cutting Tools in writing - Cost for returns are at the customers own expense. Refunds are given once goods are inspected.

Refunds are given if goods are returned in original shipped condition, unopened and un-used, a 20% restock fee may apply

We do NOT accept Returns or Refunds for change of mind
